For pharmacies and health clinics, ThanksDoc supplies appropriately vetted and insured GPs who attend online or on site to provide private consultations and specialist services as part of the ThanksDoc service. ThanksDoc is responsible for the clinical governance of the services delivered by its doctors, while pharmacies and clinics remain responsible for ensuring their premises.

ThanksDoc operates as a shared clinical ecosystem. Pharmacies and clinics join our network to have qualified GPs at their locations online or in person. Doctors join to deliver private consultations from these sites or online.

The ThanksDoc platform matches demand and availability — much like Uber — ensuring patients can access care quickly while doctors enjoy flexibility and independence.
