Dr Linda O***** is a GMC registered General Practitioner, clinical leader and founder of ThanksDoc, with over 14 years of experience as a doctor and nearly 10 years as a GP in London. Her clinical background spans NHS general practice, private practice emergency medicine and private dermatology on Harley Street, where she developed a special interest in treating skin of colour. She has helped set up multiple clinics across the UK, taking services from concept through to safe, compliant delivery. At ThanksDoc she serves as Governance Lead, Registered Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing a CQC registered service with a network of around 5,000 doctors. She works with pharmacies, employers and healthcare businesses to design clinical pathways, build governance frameworks and put the right clinicians in place. Teaching and training are central to her work. She enjoys developing clinical teams and implementing training programmes that raise the standard of patient services and strengthen the clinical workforce. Alongside this, Dr O***** is a Principal Investigator who has worked within clinical trials in primary care, and also acts as a medical legal expert witness. She welcomes conversations with organisations looking to launch or expand clinical services, improve governance or develop their clinical teams. In clinic, patients can expect careful listening, clear explanations and a practical plan.
